You can wash your vehicle as many times as you like during our operational hours whilst you are a Waves Unlimited Wash Club member.
You can change, cancel or pause your membership at anytime by loging into to our VIP Portal here on our website..
You can wash your vehicle at either of our locations whilst you are a Waves Unlimited Wash Club Member.
Yes. To change your wash package please email us at info@wavescarwash.com.au , please allow up to 14 days for the changes to be made.
Yes. It will be charged according to your agreed frequency until cancelled by either party. Weekly and Fortnightly Payments will start after the initial month has been paid upfront.
No. Each wash club is only valid for one specific registration and one vehicle. Your partner would also require to be a Wash Club member to enjoy the benefits.

I have never seen so many washing stations before, Easy access and user friendly. Located in a good place for the business. I will say Saturday mornings are busy so be prepared to wait your turn Coffee shop on site which seemed reasonable - plenty of people purchase food from the café. There are plenty of options from dropping your car off to have it washed to going through and doing it yourself. You can also vacuum and use the car fresheners in another area.

I usually get a wash and mini detail and go for a wander to the Gungahlin Town Centre for a coffee because it takes about an hour. If I'm just getting a quick wash, I'll sit and have a cuppa in Waves Cafe while I wait for my car. The staff are always really friendly and my car always looks great after a clean and vacuum.
